Workplace bullying and harassment occur in all workplaces, from offices to shops, cafes, restaurants, community groups and government organisations. One in six workers will experience bullying and 28 per cent of women and seven per cent of men will be sexually harassed. Many will be bullied or harassed because of their age, sex, race, disability, sexual orientation or religion. This training will explain workplace harassment and bullying, its effects on employees, and what you and organisations can do to respond to it.
