Life can throw up major alterations at work, including redundancy and retirement, as well as severe blows such as illness, accidents, separation and the death of people close to us.
All involve loss and the necessity for major adjustments so that you can move on and grow from the experience.
This one-day workshop
- looks at the six major domains of loss and its inherent nature
- gives opportunities for personal identification of the core issue of loss
- looks at the grief process and allows participants to identify where they are in the process
- teaches skills and techniques to help in the process
- helps develop strategies to enable participants to move on, including the necessity to forgive and let go
- highlights what is entailed in forgiveness and what it is not, e.g. a denial of abuse or any wrongdoing.
This workshop helps people recognise inevitable losses and the skills to minimise any impact.
