This 2 day introductory workshop will be useful for those who are interested in becoming supervisors, and for those supervisors who are either looking for a refresher or who are new to the role and looking to expand their knowledge and skills. Incorporating self awareness, theory and skills practice, the 2 days will include looking at different models of supervision, ethical issues in relation to the supervisor role, and ways to intervene effectively with supervisees to fulfill the requirements of the role.
